## Neighborhood
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical centre full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs, and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. It is located on the coast. You can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport, and car rental is available in the airport's parking lot. By train, it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast), but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can quickly get around without a car, and there are plenty of taxis and Uber's available, but if you want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Amazing location right in the old town, and the photos are just like the flat. Some street noise which odd the payoff for the location but a great stay

Great location!! 15 minute easy walk to the beaches, and it’s right in the center of town with stores and restaurants. Right across from the loft is a convenience store that we used almost everyday for snacks and drinks. Despite being close to everything we never heard anybody, especially at night. We were also able to walk to and from the bus station, but that’s a little farther and inconvenient with luggage. In unit laundry was very convenient too!

Good place in a good location - on the quite side of the historic section on Lagos. However, there was mold, and when I started to look closer, it was all over the apartment. This is disgusting, and I don't feel the rental agency cared. Mold is bad for health, and my wife and I got sick on our trip. They need to add proper ventilation to the apartment before having others stay here.A refund, a discount, or other accommodations would have been an appropriate solution.
