About this house rental
Summary:
Whether you are looking to plan some family fun time or a romantic getaway our house will not disappoint. Sit and enjoy your coffee on the deck before heading out on the water! Bring your kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, or other water fun and come enjoy everything that our place has to offer.
The Space:
You will feel right at home in our comfortable and spacious 4 bed, 3 bath home with open living, dining, and kitchen space. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living room. The downstairs has 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (queen on bottom and twin on top), bathroom and large area with ping pong table and 2nd living room. In the garage you'll find several games for the family including pickle ball, cornhole, and basketball. The back deck has a Blackstone griddle grill, and there is a small fire pit area as well (wood is not provided so please bring your own if you want to use it). Please let us know if you plan to use the grill so we can make sure there is propane available during your stay.
Guest Access:
You will receive check in instructions as well as the door code day of check in.
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the detached garage and 2 locked closets in the house.
The Neighborhood:
There is a trail to the lake right across the street from the driveway (shown in pictures). The trail is not regularly maintained and can be hard to access. Guests can access the water for kayaking, paddleboarding, and some swimming about a mile up the road at the one lane bridge. There is also access about 10 minutes away at Kings River Marina.
Getting Around:
Our home is a 14-minute drive to Depot Diner, 12-minute drive to The Local Bar and Grill, 27-minutes to Persimmon Hill Farm, 28-minutes to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, 29-minutes to Mill & Canyon Grill and Restaurant, 29-minutes to Cosmic Caverns, and 17-minutes to Promised Land Zoo.

PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO MAKING RESERVATION:
Although we are totally PRO FUN, and have set the house up for you to make amazing memories with your friends, family, and loved ones, and obviously an abundance of fun can be had, SPOILER ALERT, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, violators will be asked to leave, and charged extra for excessive cleaning, not following house rules or damage to the property. This is a neighborhood, please be courteous and keep the noise levels to a minimum past 10pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

We were very happy with the house and the quiet location. The house was very clean, check-in and check/out was a breeze. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras like laundry soap, food seasonings that others left behind and weren’t thrown away. This saved us from wasting a bunch of money on those small but necessary items. There is a great view of the lake and boat access was simple with a couple of launches close by. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this place again if we were to return to Table Rock.

A wonderful lake house stay! The water on the lake was quite high so we weren’t able to use the water access but we had a great time. There was a ping pong table and games for when were inside, and a lovely covered porch with fans for enjoying the lake view. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows for all of us. All the beds were very comfortable. The blackstone was great for grilling, and we used the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Would recommend for any large family looking for a lake getaway.

We had a great stay at this lake house in Missouri. Communication was excellent from the start. We had all the information we needed well before arrival and had no trouble getting into the house. It was clean, well stocked, and exactly as listed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had ahead of time. No complaints at all, would definitely stay again.
