Whether you're here for outdoor adventure or quiet relaxation, you'll find both in abundance.

Ideally located, you're just 15 minutes from Okemo or Magic, and 30 minutes to Bromley or Stratton. The charming towns of Weston, Chester, and Ludlow are all within a 10–15 minute drive, offering shopping, dining, and classic Vermont charm. Weather it's adventure (hiking, climbing, snowmobiling, skiing), family time (movies, bowling, mini-golf, adventure parks, swimming) or relaxation, we are centrally located to meet all your vacation needs.

The Space
Step inside this open-concept home designed for both comfort and style. The primary bedroom and private office are located on the lofted second floor, overlooking the expansive living area and dramatic mountain-facing windows. On the main floor, you’ll find a second bedroom and a fun double bunk room, ideal for kids or family groups.

Step out onto the wrap-around deck for fresh mountain air and breathtaking views, or unwind in the brand-new outdoor hot tub under the stars. For laid-back afternoons, settle into one of the hammock chairs and soak in the quiet beauty of the Vermont landscape.

Entertainment & Amenities
The downstairs lounge and game room is a favorite spot for all ages. It includes:
- Arcade machines
- Full-size air hockey table
- Board games and card table

This space is fully ready for cozy evenings or rainy-day fun.

Other amenities include:
- Full-size garage with 2 indoor parking spots, plus additional outdoor parking
- Washer/dryer on the lower level
- Tri-zone thermostats to keep every guest comfortable year-round

Guest Access
Entry is simple and secure via digital keypads located on the garage panel.

Additional Details
- Winter Driving: The driveway is regularly maintained and plowed after snowfalls of more than a few inches. However, we strongly recommend snow tires or four-wheel drive during winter months due to Vermont’s variable conditions.
- Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests. Each additional guest beyond this limit incurs a $150 per night fee.
- Pets: Pets are generally not permitted. However, small, hypoallergenic pets may be allowed upon approval, with a $150 per night pet fee (limit 1 pet).
- Age Requirement: The primary renter must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo ID for all guests and may require a security deposit in certain cases.

External only cameras on the property, front entrance, garage entrance, driveway, external basement entrance and house rear view. All cameras will remain on for safety reasons, however there are no cameras present within the home.
