Riverside Cabin 4 A serene riverside getaway

Everything was awesome!

Lovely space that was clean, and true to the photos as advertised. Amenities were all accessible. Hosts were responsive to messages and we did not have any major issues. The only minor issues we had were the fridge doors being finicky and not easy to close. Our cabin were meant to have access to two paddleboards, which were on the backyard the night we arrived, but mysteriously disappeared by the following morning and were never seen again! It would be nice if there were a better equipment sharing system put in place. The water wasn't great for swimming but the view was breathtaking, especially around sunset and after dark when the stars come out.

Cabin 4 was enjoyed by our party. The space is great, it's very stylish and it comes equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay including a BBQ, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a kitchen with all that you need. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we were using the sauna daily, a great bonus when you stay here. There is one drawback being the dock, it is smaller than the other cottages and does not have a ladder which makes it unsuitable for swimming. We ended up making friends with the family in cabin 5 and they graciously let our family use their dock for swimming, it would have been quite disappointing should we not have been able to. The lawn also has a lift post for the dock which is somewhat of a trip hazard, again different from the other cabins.

The cabin is wonderfully done. Lot’s of space for 2 families as the kids room has 2 bunks and a trundle bed allowing for 5 in that room. Only drawback is that the dock at this cabin is different from the other 4 and there is no ladder to get in the water to swim. Cabin’s are close together but still feel private. Shared fire pit is nice to meet neighbours. Also there is very little boat traffic allowing for a more quiet area then some other waterfront rentals.Ron, the property manager was a great host on site.
