Skip the hassle of booking multiple hotel rooms. This spacious, two-story El Centro home is designed for families, groups, and work teams who want to stay comfortably under one roof—without giving up privacy or personal space.
Located in the desirable Miramontes neighborhood near the McCabe School District, the home offers five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, multiple living areas, a private backyard, and convenient access to Imperial Valley Mall, restaurants, shopping, parks, and local healthcare facilities.
Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests: one California King bed and four Queen beds. An additional Twin bed can be set up in the loft with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Please note that there is a separate 2-bedroom, 1-bath ADU on the same property that may be occupied or rented separately during your stay. It has its own private entrance, separate indoor living space, and no shared indoor access with the main home.
Main-home guests have exclusive use of the 5-bedroom residence and private backyard. The driveway is shared; the main home has two designated parking spaces, while the ADU has one designated space.
Need additional space for your group? Please message us to ask whether the separate 2-bedroom ADU is available. It is a convenient option for grandparents, supervisors, or guests who would like additional privacy while remaining close to the group.
Guest Access Note
Guests have exclusive access to the main residence and private backyard. The outdoor sheds and one bedroom closet are reserved for owner storage and remain locked.
Booking Requirements
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
For stays of 28 nights or longer, a rental application, background/credit screening, and signed lease agreement are required.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested for the primary guest and adult occupants for extended stays or for guests new to the platform.
For long-term stays, the host retains the mailbox key and provides weekly mail delivery. Please inquire before sending business mail or arranging special deliveries.
