About this house rental
2 bedrooms,1 bath, with a fully equipped mini kitchen, & true indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Has everything you need, including pots and pans for cooking, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler to pack lunch for the beach (and high-speed internet, smart TVs with Netflix and others, and plenty of games and activities for inside if it rains, including Meta Quest 2 with wireless VR headset). Stream movies outside on 100 in screen with projector included. Also, the door to your rental is only steps from the heated swimming pool. This vacation rental is unique. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, 1.9 miles from shopping plaza (Publix, Starbucks, Old Navy, etc.), yet offers privacy. The outside sitting area is enclosed by 9 foot curtains, and sits in the corner of the backyard, surrounded on two sides by undeveloped lots with thick trees and foliage, (like a campsite hiding in the suburbs). Outside kitties here, but never in unit. There is a picnic table & plenty of outside seating, swings, hammocks, and a fire pit to sit around and talk, roast marshmallows, or cook.

The place was so clean and organised and the pictures don't do justice it is so cute!! Any issues were minor and not at fault of the host but she was amazing and very communicative. The beds were so dang comfy too. An amazing place to stay with a great host! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a rental

Overall it was a good experience.Access through the yard was inconvenient. It was difficult to drag a cooler and roll suitcases through the yard and over the different paths/substrates that were provided. It rained (Florida :)) so navigating across the front yard, down the length of the house and across the backyard in the rain was difficult and the vegetation along the path was bothersome in the rain as well. Made unloading and loading alot of work.This was my 1st VRBO type rental so I learned what to look for going forward. Pictures were 100% accurate. I personally missed having more seating in the main room so I brought in a chair from the patio deck. Counter space was very limited so making lunches to take with us was possible, but difficult. Fridge was small so we kept items in cooler... again, pics were accurate, my expectations didn't take into account this was not a "home" so all those conveniences were not there, think dorm/hotel. My grandkids (5 & 7) LOVED the toys and the pool. Pool was small, but perfect for the littles so I was able to enjoy the freedom they had in the shallow pool. We had a great time, location was optimal for our planned activities. Neighborhood was quiet with nice parks/playgrounds very close.

We loved this place! It had everything we needed plus a pool. The backyard was super peaceful with pretty flowers and places to hang out. Enjoyed the tv and board game options when it was too hot to be outside. Located within a close proximity to restaurants, shops and the warm mineral springs. The host was prompt and personable with her responses to our questions. Highly recommend this stay!
