Accommodation
Renovated apartment of 28 m2, close to the slopes and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in the residence "Les Myrtilles" about 150 meters from the slopes and the main snow front and about 80 meters from the shops of the resort center. Composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and all the comfort of household appliances (convection oven, induction hob, extractor, integrated microwave, integrated dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer), a breakfast area with Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. A small bedroom for 4 people with a mezzanine bed in 140x200 and a bed in 160x200. The bedding is quality and brand new. A sofa bed with a bed in 140x200. A bathroom renovated in November 2021, shower and separate toilet. The large south/east facing balcony gives a beautiful view of the PEYNIER sector. The bedroom and the living room are equipped with connected TV with MY CANAL, NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME applications with your personal codes. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi with a good speed. It is in the immediate vicinity of shops (food, pharmacy, laundry, regional products and souvenirs, equipment rental, restaurants). The renovation was done in 2020 in a mountain and contemporary style. The space has been used to the best of its ability in order to have a maximum of storage. For example, the bottom bed is mounted on gas springs in order to lift the mattress and the bed base, revealing additional storage space.
We have a concierge on site who takes care of the handing over of the keys and the inventory of fixtures at the entrance and exit of the stay. This person is able to provide you with sheets and towels in addition. When the keys are handed over, he will collect the deposit check for the cleaning, the amount of which is 60 euros. . The cleaning must be done by the travelers and the concierge checks it at the end of the stay. If it is done correctly, she will then return the cleaning deposit check.
we do not rent to people under 25 years old, nor to groups. The apartment is intended for a family clientele and preferably with a history (positive of course). As the apartment has been renovated, special attention must be paid so as not to hit the furniture and the shower glass which has been made to measure. Of course, it is not allowed to walk in the corridors of the residence with ski boots. Skis must absolutely remain in the ski room provided for this purpose on the first floor.
