Designed for families and groups, the home features three levels of outdoor living space, a game room, and a spacious layout with views from nearly every room. Spend your days on the water and your evenings enjoying dinner on the deck, relaxing by the fire table, and taking in the peaceful lakefront setting.
We are available throughout your stay if you have any questions or need assistance, but otherwise you'll have complete privacy to relax and enjoy your time at the lake.
Nestled along the shores of Hayden Lake, North Branch Lake Home offers a peaceful waterfront setting surrounded by clear water, forested hills, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, fishing, or exploring the lake by boat. Cruise across the water to Hayden Lake Marina, The Boathouse restaurant, Honeysuckle Beach, or the popular sandbar in Mokins Bay. Whether you're looking for adventure on the water or a relaxing family getaway, Hayden Lake offers the perfect North Idaho escape.
Guests have access to entire property including the home, decks and boat slip.
North Branch Lake Home was designed for families and groups looking to experience the best of Hayden Lake. With 180° lake views, a private dock with a boat slip, jump tower, over-water swing, kayaks, paddle board, game room, and three levels of outdoor living space, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life on the water.
The home's unique layout is divided between an East Wing and West Wing, providing multiple gathering spaces while still offering privacy for larger groups.
EAST WING
Main Living Area: The main living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and large windows overlooking Hayden Lake. Sliding glass doors open directly to the upper deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Kitchen & Dining: The oversized kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for family and friends and features a double oven, large island seating, and beautiful lake views. The dining table seats 8 guests, with an additional 6 seats at the island.
Bathroom 1 (Half Bath): Conveniently located off the main living area.
Guestroom 1 – Birdhouse: A cozy queen bedroom with peaceful lake views, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.
Bathroom 2 (Full Bath): Features a walk-in shower and is conveniently located near the East Wing guest rooms.
Laundry: A stackable washer and dryer are located in Bathroom 2. An additional full size washer and dryer are available in the garage.
Guestroom 2 – Seaplane Suite: Features two queen beds and direct access to the upper deck, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee overlooking Hayden Lake.
WEST WING – LOWER LEVEL
Game Room: A favorite gathering space for both kids and adults, featuring pinball, arcade games, a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and room to relax after a day on the lake.
WEST WING – UPPER LEVEL
Guestroom 3 – Sail Loft: Located in the loft, this flexible sleeping space is ideal for kids and teens, featuring three twin beds and one full bed.
Bathroom 3 (Full Bath): Full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, dual vanity, and beautiful views of Hayden Lake.
Guestroom 4 – Eagle's Nest: The primary bedroom features a king bed and expansive views of Hayden Lake through large corner windows.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Upper Deck: Located directly off the main living area, the upper deck features outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, and panoramic lake views.
Middle Deck: Gather around the gas fire table and enjoy comfortable seating while overlooking the water.
Lower Deck: Situated just above the dock, the lower deck provides another peaceful place to relax and take in the lakefront setting.
Private Dock & Boat Slip: Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the lake. The private dock features a boat slip measuring approximately 25 feet deep by 10 feet wide, with additional room to tie off a pontoon boat. Guests also enjoy access to the jump tower and over-water swing.
Water Activities: Two kayaks and one paddle board are provided for guest use during your stay.
PARKING: The home offers parking for up to three vehicles. One vehicle may park in the garage, with two additional vehicles fitting in the driveway.
Boat Trailer Parking: Due to limited parking at the home, we recommend contacting Hayden Lake Marina regarding trailer parking if you plan to bring a boat during your stay.

Great for two families. We had a blast on the water and kids jumping off the high dive. Would definitely come back. We ate at "the porch" restaurant down the road and it was delicious. Highly recommend this area.

We had a fantastic time with our family. The kids loved the Pinball and Pac-Man machines, the kayaks, etc. We used the fire pit for s’mores every night. Our only problem was that the ovens didn’t work, but the problem was taken care of later in the week. Very comfortable waterfront home.

The house was perfect for two families with teens. It allowed the teens to have their own space while also bringing us all together for lake activities. We appreciated the fun games, dock activities and location directly on the lake. The views were TO DIE FOR. The only issue was the house wasn't cleaned prior to us checking in however the agency resolved it quickly and the house cleaning service came back for a quick clean. Kind of killed the initial buzz when we first arrived because it was clearly dirty (stuff on floors, furniture super dusty, food in sink, etc.) but all was resolve and good and we thuroly enjoyed ourselves!
