This first-floor studio apartment, in a quiet courtyard, is the ideal base for a couple who want to explore the beautiful countryside around Lake Garda. Located in the town of Gavardo, guests will find many amenities within walking distance. Yet there are some excellent hiking and mountain bike trails on the doorstep.
The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The kitchen is separated from the main living area by a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and a coffee machine.
Sleeping
The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. There is extensive cupboard space for storage.
Bathroom
The immaculate tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
Gavardo is quieter than the towns down by Lake Garda. So it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace. It is a gateway for hiking and biking trails through the hills. For more action, guests should head down to Salò (15 minutes), a charming historical and cultural centre on the west of Lake Garda. Not only is Salò a wonderful town to explore and enjoy, but it also offers several beaches for lake bathing and is a ferry stop so guests can easily explore the rest of Lake Garda.
Apart from a stroll along the famous lake-front promenade, active guests can try sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. There are also some vineyards where you can enjoy organised tours and wine tastings, including the Azienda Agricola La Torre in Mocasina (15 minutes) which is particularly attractive.
To help with self-catering there are supermarkets and smaller shops in Gavardo, and also the weekly market in Salo (Saturday morning) and Gavardo (Wednesday morning). These are both excellent places to spend some time trying the best local products.
Lovers of art and history can visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of the writer Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (20 minutes drive) and MuSa, Salò’s new museum (16 minutes).
The nearest airports are Verona Airport (55 minute drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 5 minute drive).
