About this apartment rental
Enjoy our new heated pool & large bubbly hot tub plus splash pad! You will be staying in 'SandySmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our creation, a romantic blend of beach cottage and soft pastels. Pamper your senses with soft leather furniture and sandy-beach colored tile. The private bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather queen sofa-sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! Save on food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories.

* No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom)
* No hidden fees or additional taxes.
* Clean, fresh air only. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
* Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only.

1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.

The condo was very well equipped with items. If I had a question, Donna answered quickly. We loved all 3 of the pools and hot tubs.

The host was great, and the property was just as described, the pool areas are great, the elevator was a little sketchy going down which can be inconvenient for being on the 3rd floor, the condo was a little smaller than i thought it would be, but everything was described properly.

This condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels and blankets. It had a great view of the pier and gulf…we enjoyed being on the top floor because you can see pretty far from the balcony. The new pools and hot tubs were awesome and the landscaping was pretty and well kept. The part of the building that this unit is in has been newly remodeled. The front section of the building is currently under remodel but it did not affect our stay. The elevator closest to our room was out of order most of the time. A repairman came on the second day and it worked for a little bit and then went out again. The only surprise charge was that it’s 10 per day for parking. The listing may have stated that but if it did I missed it. Over all, it was a very pleasant stay and was very to get in and check out!

The room was fine. It was more cramped than we were expecting but we made do. It was the extra fees that were added that was upsetting. Pay attention before you hit buy and lose out like we did. Neither VRBO nor the host was helpful in resolving my issue.Also, the lady attending the pool and making sure everyone had wristbands is crazy rude. The elevator is questionable as well.
