The HOA over this property strictly prohibits using this dock due to liability reasons. There is a public boat dock less than a quarter mile from the property and you will have access to that!

Booking was a nightmare and there was very little feedback acknowledging the reservation. The house is very nice but the showers are very small. The location is quiet and convenient. The parking is extremely limited and the shrubbery is taking over the driveway. Overall it is a beautiful home with a cozy feel.
