Our growing multi generation family have had an annual vacation for the past 5 years, and now we have found a place the will grow with us. LORD willing we be back every year at the Tuck House to share this cherished tradition.
Sundog is a wonderful, quickly responsive company who seem to prioritize our vacation time as much as we do. We used them in the past, in comparison they were even better than before.

Our oldest son got married on May 31. Your cabin was excellent for our family to stay together for the events of the weekend. Thank you so much! There was plenty of room for everyone and our dog loved the fenced in yard!

I originally booked a different Sundog Vacation Rental property that was not functioning due to the snow from the week prior. They were accommodating by providing The Tuck House as an alternative so we could still vacation. It is a spacious and nicely decorated home and we gained an additional room as the original booking only had 4 bedrooms. However, the house was drafty for half of our weekend stay. We could only control the temperature of the central heat upstairs, leaving the main floor and basement cool. We were provided 2 space heaters but it took them nearly 2 days to warm the main floor and basement of the home. There was also a beetle infestation throughout the entire home that was just outright annoying. By the end of the trip, they were comfortable enough to fly near the kitchen area. The kitchen, however, is a nice space and had plenty of pots/pans and essentials to cook. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor balcony space. We were appreciative of the accommodations but overall, it was not comparable to our original booking and we hate we missed out on it.

The Tuck House was a wonderful location for our family holiday that accommodated all our family including our two golden retrievers! The grounds, fire pit, fenced in yard and views were perfect and the outdoor deck and hot tub great gathering spaces! Everything was comfortable with room for everyone.
We had a few challenges with the heating as we could not figure out how to turn down the heat on the main floor (the thermostat did not give us access) so the master bedroom and living room area were very warm and we couldn't utilize the fireplaces as we had hoped. Additionally the down stairs room with the two twin beds was quite unfinished and the beds very uncomfortable. my daughter ended up in my room for most of the week. Otherwise a wonderful experience.
