About this house rental
With approximately 86 square meters of living space, the house offers plenty of room for a relaxing vacation for up to four people. It was built as a KfW70 home, similar to Scandinavian-style houses where the roof serves as the ceiling.
The open-concept living and dining area creates a spacious yet cozy atmosphere. A gas condensing boiler efficiently generates heat for hot water and underfloor heating. You can set the ideal comfort temperature for each room. A ventilation system ensures the right indoor climate. We’ve also installed a wood-burning stove to add to the coziness. The property measures 430 square meters and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities.
Our house is certified with 4 stars according to the guidelines of the German Tourism Association.
Amselgrün Vacation Home:
The Bedrooms:
The house has two bedrooms. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (box spring) and features a large closet. The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a dresser. All beds have high-quality mattresses and bed frames. A great foundation for a restful night’s sleep.
The living and dining area:
From the small entryway, you’ll step directly into the open, high-quality kitchen. It is fully equipped for six people with everything you need to prepare your own meals: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster …
From the kitchen, a passageway leads you into the living room. Immediately to the left is a sideboard with a hi-fi system. It features a docking station for your iPhone and can also be controlled via AirPlay. A CD player and a radio tuner are also built in. In front of the window is the dining area with six chairs. A sofa arrangement in front of the floor-to-ceiling southeast-facing window invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers, read, or watch TV. A large LED flat-screen TV ensures that you stay up to date on all the latest news from around the world, even while on vacation. If you’d like to go online while on vacation, free Wi-Fi is available. On cold winter days, you can create an extra cozy atmosphere with a crackling fire in the wood-burning stove.
The bathroom:
In the bathroom, we’ve created a small wellness area for you on the right-hand side. A sauna (up to 80°) for two people is available for your use. Right next to the sauna is a walk-in shower approximately 1.20 m wide with a real-glass shower enclosure. The sink and toilet are located on the left side.
The Terraces:
Behind the house (facing southeast) is a spacious wooden terrace, part of which is covered. A comfortable garden set with cushioned seats invites you to relax on the terrace. A grill is available for your barbecue.
You can enjoy the evening sun in front of the house. Here, you’ll find another smaller deck with a wooden seating set.
Other:
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack. If needed, you can place the drying rack on the terrace or in the garden.
There are two parking spaces (one behind the other) next to the house for your car or trailer.
The rental price includes sales tax, 1 set of bed linens per guest, one towel package per guest, and all utilities. The cost of the final cleaning is included in the price for the first day. Also included are Wi-Fi/internet access, use of the sauna, and use of the washing machine. Provided there is no damage, we will refund the security deposit via bank transfer after the rental period ends.
We charge a one-time fee of €30.00 per bike for the use of the bicycles. Two bicycles are available.
Normal electricity consumption is included in the rental price. If you wish to use our wallbox (car charging station), we charge €0.45 per kWh. The electricity used to charge your car is measured by a separate electricity meter.
Optional additional fees, if you would like extra towels or bed linens:
Bedding package per person: €20.00; Towel package per person: €10.00 €
Optional additional charges, if you would like additional towels or bedding:
Bedding package per person €20.00 (includes making the beds)
Towel package per person: €10.00 (one hand towel, one shower towel)
