Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley with easy access to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and just minutes from multiple award-winning wineries. Quick access off Route 66, but in a private, peaceful setting on Apple Mountain.
The property offers gorgeous mountains views, outdoor wood-burning stove, and a private peaceful patio for reading and watching wildlife.
The property features a newly renovated kitchen, washer and dryer, queen bed, living room with large sectional couch, TV, full bath w/walk-in shower. *Queen air mattress available for additional guests, if needed.
During your stay at Apple Mountain Retreat, you'll often see deer, rabbits, and the resident Bassett Hounds who enjoy roaming the property.
There is shared parking on the paved driveway.
**No pets (the resident Bassett Hounds want all the attention for themselves).
Apple Mountain Retreat is close to the many festivals and attractions offered in the Shenandoah Valley: Appaloosa Festival, Wine Festival, Festival of the Leaves, Gold Cup polo matches, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and much more.
