About this house rental
Enjoy this 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 5,300 square foot house that overlooks the valley of the Pecatonic River and the ATV Trails. The spacious 3 car garage and 9 parking spots in the driveway will allow you to part all of your vehicles and the space to bring all of your ATV/UTV's that you'll need to have your fun in the country. The walk out 2 story deck with gas fireplace and 8 person hot tub are the perfect way to end your fun-filled day. The house is fully-furnished and has all of the accomodations that you will need to have the peaceful adventure that you are looking for! Sleeps 12 comfortably as there is a pull out couch that turns into a double bed.

We had a great time. The host was super accommodating. The place was centrally located for our side by side cruise. There was plenty of room to park our trailers and cars for the stay. Hot tub was a great way to wind down the day. Our only problem was most of the beds were very low to the ground and for us 70 plus quests we found it difficult to get out of bed for our frequent trips to the toilet...lol Highly recommend this place. It is almost perfect for everything you want to do. Great job Mellissa!

We rented the house with a few other parents for UW Platteville graduation weekend. It was perfect for all of us! 20 minutes to campus. Plenty of room to host a potluck dinner. Host was super easy to work with and answered questions very promptly.

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our weekend trip! We had four families (adults and kids), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The wide-open layout was amazing—there’s so much space for the kids to play and for everyone to relax together. The open-concept kitchen and living area were perfect for our group since we always seem to gather in the kitchen, and this setup exceeded all expectations. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the UTV trails right next to the house made it even better.Most importantly, the host was incredible—quick to respond, super friendly, and very helpful. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
