The Tea House is a fantastic home with decoration and a connection to nature that seems straight out of a fairy tale. It's located just 12 minutes from the main square, perfect for a cozy and wonderful experience in Villa de Leyva. It's very well situated in one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods of Villa de Leyva.
It's a colonial house decorated in a Mediterranean style and fully equipped. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room, 2 living rooms, and numerous common spaces.
The space
The perfect 5-bedroom vacation home with three double accommodations and two single accommodations for 8 people, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms, and workspaces, ideal for a home office or for remote work. The house is located a 10-minute walk from the main square, and also features several gardens and green areas. Its greatest attraction is the Tea House, where you can enjoy a cup of tea and relax while listening to the water from a small waterfall. The property is completely furnished for you to enjoy Villa de Leyva while staying in a cozy and safe place in the La Palma neighborhood. Perfect for a group of friends, solo travelers, or small families.

Guests will have access to the entire home as if it were their own, cook some food, read a book in the living room, work from home, or simply watch Netflix while staying in our house and getting to know Villa de Leyva. The house does not have private parking; however, cars can be left on the street without any problem.
