Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and unwind with beautiful sunsets from your own private beach on the Bay of Green Bay. Enjoy a fully fenced yard, free kayaks and a paddle boat, air conditioning in every room, no cleaning fee, and approved dogs stay free.
Relax beside the fire pit with included firewood, lounge in the hanging chaise, or gather with family and friends around the picnic table and multiple outdoor seating areas. Spend the day exploring the water with the included kayaks and paddle boat, or settle into one of the many beach chairs along the shoreline.
After dark, the property takes on a beautiful atmosphere with colorful solar lighting throughout the yard, deck, and beach area. The soft ambient lighting creates the perfect setting for relaxing by the fire, enjoying the evening air, or spending time outdoors with family and friends.
The spacious deck is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. It features a charcoal grill, a park-style beach grill, rocking chairs, an umbrella, seating for six, and a three-person swing. The fully fenced yard extends toward the beach, making it especially convenient for families with children and approved dogs.
Inside, you’ll find a fully updated, comfortable, and safety-conscious home featuring:
• Air conditioning in every room
• Air purifiers in every room
• Fast Wi-Fi and a cell-phone signal booster
• Charging station for phones and laptops of all brands
• Dedicated workspace with a desk and printer
• Samsung Smart TV with streaming apps
• Washer and dryer
• Three smoke detectors
• Carbon monoxide detector
• Deadbolt locks on the exterior doors
• Fire extinguisher
The fully stocked kitchen includes the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals, along with complimentary coffee and spices.
Additional amenities include beach toys, indoor and outdoor games, beach towels, and life jackets for adults, children, and dogs.
Up to two dogs may stay at no additional charge. All dogs must receive prior approval based on size and breed and must be freshly groomed before arrival to help us keep the home clean and comfortable for every guest.
Your stay includes cleaning, approximately one-quarter cord of firewood, coffee, spices, beach towels, kayaks, and use of the paddle boat.
During the summer season, from May through September, bookings are generally Sunday to Sunday. For long-term rentals for business travelers and traveling nurses during other months, please send us a request. Fall is also a beautiful time to visit Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. From late September through mid-October, the area comes alive with brilliant red, orange, and gold fall colors. Enjoy scenic drives, crisp autumn air, peaceful walks along the beach, and colorful views throughout the Menominee area.

The lake veiw was impressive along with the fenced in yard for our dogs. Appreciated all the extra ammenities i.e. extra trash bags and paper products. Having a place to conveniently go with the dog waste was very nice. Only one complaint,beds were exceptionally hard. I am a 215 lb man and didnt sink in at all. Otherwise we have to say it was a wonderful property. Thank you for your hospitality

We truly enjoyed our recent stay and appreciate the opportunity to have experienced your wonderful property. The accommodations were very comfortable and provided a perfect setting for our getaway. We especially loved the view of Lake Michigan and providing us with things you don't think you need til ya don't have them. The games & paddle boat were a plus. It was a pleasure to be your guests, and we hope to have the chance to return in the future. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. The only thing we wanted to bring to your attention is the shower curtain. I would get a plastic shower curtain liner instead of the cloth as it stays wet all the time.

Great space; well thought out inside and out. Wonderful location as well. Having the beach outside your door was perfect at all times of the day (and night). Couldn’t be happier with either experience.
