Welcome to DEO GRATIAS! Charming, bright, comfortable house, with pretty garden and terrace. All the comforts for a successful holiday!
Ideally located 100m from the sea and the city center in a quiet street, you can enjoy your stay without using your car.
Mandatory cleaning fee to be paid on arrival: 70€
Linen not provided, possibility to rent it: 22€ per double bed with 2 bath towels, 18€ per single bed with 1 bath towel
Dish towels and bath mats provided
All comforts! The house is out of sight with its fenced garden where you can rest and sunbathe on deckchairs after a good swim in the sea!
Immaculately clean and neat decoration.
2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a second with two 90X190 single beds. Completely new and very comfortable bedding.
Bright bathroom with large shower and sink.
New fully equipped and modern kitchen: induction hob, combined fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, extractor, open to the living room and dining room.
Independent laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron available.
Fully furnished and equipped rental of new.
Fill up on oxygen! Agon-Coutainville is a very pleasant seaside town in summer and winter with its seawall, its beaches and its relaxed and family atmosphere. You can live with the tides, go fishing on foot or enjoy seafood in the many restaurants nearby.
On the program: Long walks on the beach, swimming, sandcastles, reading, bike rides, windsurfing and kite surfing and seafood tasting: Gouville-sur-Mer, right next to Agon-Coutainville, is famous for its mussels and oysters.
Visit Mont St Michel, the D-Day landing beaches, discover Granville (Christian Dior's house and its magnificent rose garden with a splendid view of the sea), the dunes of Barneville-Carteret, Regnéville-sur-Mer, Coutances and its cathedral, the Channel Islands of Chausey, Guernsey and Jersey all nearby. The Cité de la Mer (Cherbourg), children will love the Champrépus ZOO (between Villedieu and Granville).
For lovers of walking and nature: walk the 446 km of coastal path (GR 223 "Sentier des Douaniers").
