Our newest built cozy cottage is perfect for your stay! Drive minutes to downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Zoo Atlanta, GA Aquarium or World Of Coca Cola. A short walk to the train or the Atlanta Beltline. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, stream & binge watch your favorite show, enjoy a book on our cozy sofa or simply catch up on some much need rest in our plush Queen bed. Perfect if you need some me time, a romantic night or just a peaceful space.
This property is a gorgeous newly constructed Tiny Home. While we`ve classified the kitchen area as a kitchenette, it has a refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, sink, plenty of counter space, cabinets and a dishwasher! You`ll LOVE our MicroKitchen!! This is the perfect space for a couple or an individual wanting a peaceful getaway. Equipped with many amenities like a free washer & dryer, designated desk area and so much more, every inch of this tiny sanctuary was well thought out for your comfort. We proudly accept `well-trained` dogs. Be sure to bring a kennel which your dog will need to be in when not being directly supervised. We are unable to accept any other pets other than dogs at this time.
House Rules include:
No Smoking (Indoors or outdoors)
No Parties/Gatherings
No Additional Guests allowed on property (even if it’s not overnight)
Quiet Hours 11pm-6am
This retreat is a short 2-3 mile drive to downtown where you`ll have access to Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, The World Of Coca-Cola and much more!. It`s less than one mile from the Atlanta University City (Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse School Of Medicine & Morris Brown)
Free Parking is available on the street. Please do NOT park on the parking pad/driveway.
