Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Island House for years staying in Villa’s 10A & 10B and our family gathering has always been anticipated and this year was no different. Our stay was enjoyable. We brought our children decades ago and now their children are part of this vacation. A great family experience. Both villas do need to be updated though. The couches and kitchen furniture have seen better days. The mattresses also fit that same category. From a maintenance standpoint, the shower door in the master was broken, many of the blinds were not functional and light bulbs were either missing or needed replaced. The screen door to the lanial does not close/lock and the exterior door to the villas did not have the hardware to close. When both units are updated, it will enhance the vacation experience that brought us to Island House decades ago.
