Staying at Island House has become an annual tradition for us. It's conveniently located in Siesta Key and has one of the nicest white sand beaches in the area. We'll be staying here again next year (and the year after that)...

Beach is beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. This unit I rented for my daughter. It had a beautiful view but it needs to be updated and they did have a few bugs. I'm sure if we would have told the maintenance they would have fumigated but because there was a baby in the room we didn't want fumigation.

Always good, I have been going to Siesta Key for a number of years my parents owned a condo on the beach for 20 years sold about 10 years ago now. that was our view to the beach.

My favorite thing about this condo is the location. You open your patio door and step foot right onto the beach which was AMAZING. The condo definitely needs some updating and it had a really strong musty smell. It was fairly clean, however, there where a few things that needed some improvement. I found a wad of hair underneath one of the beds, the soap holder in the bathroom was full of what looked like hair from a beard, and we had to buy Clorox wipes to clean the inside of the freezer before using it. Overall, we had a great time. I love the location, but will be staying in a different condo next time!
