Чисто, уютно. Красивая, новая и современная квартира. Внутри есть все для гостей. Хорошее месторасположение. Видно, что хозяева следят за квартирой, а не просто сдают. В сравнении с другими сдающимися в этом ЖК, квартира прекрасная. Двор хороший, если вы с детьми.
Были незначительные проблемы с электричеством в туалете и сливом воды в душе. Сообщили собственнику, сказали, что починят.

Локация для тех кто приехал на обследование отличное
Чистота, были волосы везде. Простыни пришлось перестирывать. Не было достаточно кухонных принадлежностей. 1 маленький сотейник и 1 сковородка в которой когда то было антипригарное покрытие. Тупын ножи. Купил им в подарок, так же купил коврик в душ от скольжения. Иначе можно убиться. Если увидите красный коврик это мой вам подарок )
