Miła mama gospodyni. Duża przestrzeń w pokoju.
Materac w łożu małżeńskim to raczej tani model ze sprężynami które powodują, że rano człowiek czuje się jakby spał na "Madejowym łożu". Dźwiękoszczelność pomiędzy ogrodem i sąsiadem z piętra dość słaba, wszystko słychać co się dzieje na zewnątrz. Parking jest tak usytuowany, że wyjazd na ruchliwa ulicę powoduje stres.
