La situation géographique, le confort du matelas, la propreté, sanitaires neufs.
Taxe de séjour de 4,40€ par personne et par jour, je trouve ça vraiment très élevé et j’aurais peut-être choisi un autre logement à prix similaire si j’avais fait plus attention lors de la réservation.

Equipement assez complet, draps propres
Il faut absolument changer le matelas, la moitié de mon corps s'enfonçait jusqu'au nombril sur le côté (je pèse 56kg) et heureusement que j'étais seule ! Taxe de séjour : 4€40 pour une personne. Je crois que c'est la taxe de séjour la plus grosse que j'ai vu depuis que je loue...
