Ground floor apartment is very clean and fresh, it has everything you might need incl big dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, 2 full bathrooms. Outdoor area is nice and very private, has great furniture, grill, water sources. Wifi works good and beach is very close to building. Private parking is located next to the entrance and gate opens with a remote controller, very convenient. In general we liked how the space is organized. Alessandro is great host, replies to any requests in a timely manner, he also sent a book with check-in instructions, local recommendations etc in advance, great customer service! Everything was very friendly and easy. Would definitely recommend this place for family beach location.
