Boli sme odkázaní na YouTube a iné Internetové zdroje. - Na 2 celé dni vypadlo aj internetové pripojenie a boli sme úplne bez TV. - V kuchynke chýbala drevená doska na krájanie a tiez nejaký ostrič na nože. - Mali sme neskoší prílet, no box na klúče (check in) podla podmienok je len do 22.00. To nechapem prečo. Museli sme preto na prvý deň pobytu objednať noclah inde, kde bol check in do 24.00

First day I requested the toilet seat to be fixed. I ended up being in contact with 8 people over at least 5 or 6 days, they requested photos which I sent. Finally, the owner was contacted (on Sat night) and he appeared next day to see to the loo seat. I asked him to also supply a pan(s) as the one in the cupboard was not usable, also some kitchen utensils, a shower curtain and shower mat as I found it slippy. He went straight to the store to purchase same without hesitation. Bathroom extractor fan noise got on my nerves. Closing the doors helped.
