Holiday Home Fresco

Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr gepflegt. Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse, Moderne Klimaanlage die man auch nachts laufen lassen kann.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at this house. We arrived late at night, and Bozena's husband kindly picked us up from the airport free of charge, while Bozena welcomed us at the apartment and showed us everything — even at that late hour. That warmth set the tone for the entire stay. The house has its own private pool, which was a lifesaver during the very hot days — we all loved it. The location is great too, convenient for exploring Zadar and the surroundings. But what touched us most was the hospitality. Bozena brought us homemade olive oil and wine made by her father — such a generous, personal gesture. She even helped me when I needed to sort out some paperwork during our stay. Whatever we needed, one call or text to Bozena and it was taken care of — every wish was accomplished. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. This wasn't just accommodation — it felt like staying with friends. We would come back without hesitation and warmly recommend this place to any family visiting Zadar. Thank you, Bozena, for everything!

There was no such thing - we liked everything

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Božena was super nice, very professional, and incredibly accommodating. The house was spotless and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need—there’s really no need to bring anything from home. We also spent a day out at sea with her husband Boris, the owner of Zadar Boat Rental, and had a blast. Both Božena and Boris are extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and we swam a lot. We also made great use of the BBQ—plenty of wood was provided, which was a nice touch. Any question or small request we had was handled immediately and perfectly by Božena. All in all, an amazing experience and we’d happily return without hesitation. Highly recommended!
