The location and it was spacious for the 2 of us
The bathroom had a sliding door with no lock or latch and it slid open every time we closed it. So no privacy unless we put something against the door to stop it from sliding open. It seemed that management knew about this as they queried about it and asked me to send a video which I did. However in the 7 days we were there it didn’t get fixed. Each communication was answered by a different person so continuity in their management is lacking.

Love the location! It’s super convenient. The place is exactly as the picture and it’s clean.
The apartment is facing the construction site so it’s not convenient to hanging out at the balcony, or opening a curtain as it might visible from the site.

Great location close to Richmond walking distance to the mcg and close to shops and pubs
The hot water didn’t work for 3 days multiple messages and got the stock standard some one will be in touch soon. It’s Melbourne a hot shower is a must once fixedstill was not hot just warmer. The he battery for the blinds didn’t fixed was advised to go and buy a new battery and installed it myself. They promised to reimburse but still haven’t a month later
