Fin's Studio, Fundy Park

This was a self check in property with the key code sent the morning of arrival. There was texting communication with the host. Whilst not utilised by us, there was a well supplied kitchen with a full stove and cooking utensils. The bathroom was roomy with a walk in shower and great towels. A two person table was handy to eat in house and for writing. Close to Main St, the harbour and restaurants.

It was a one flight of stairs walk up which was not apparent on booking which requires reasonable mobility to navigate luggage. The bed is against a very sloping ceiling which makes getting in and out of it very difficult for the person on that side.

非常精致温馨的住所。位置非常好，就在小镇上，走到主要街道只有两分钟。有厨房设备，调料齐全。有洗衣机和烘干机。很方便。总体非常满意。房东通过booking私信和短信联系。回复迅速。

Le confort L'emplacement

L'appartement est bien, mais j'ai eu plusieurs problèmes. Tout d'abord, après la réservation, vous devez vous astreindre à un système de réservation avec caution. Jamais vu ici. Il y a un gros problème de parking. Alors qu'il y a de la place, ils sont en conflit avec le voisin. Il m'a HURLÉ dessus alors que la manager m'avait confirmé que je pouvais me garer là. On n'est pas en vacances pour régler des problèmes de copropriété. Il n'y avait pas d'éponge pour laver la vaisselle. Et la manager n'a rien fait pour m'en trouver une. Et je n'allais pas payer le moindre dollar à sa place vu tous les problèmes. Le check-out est trop tôt : 10h. Mieux veut un check-in plus tardif et nous laisser du temps le matin. La manager (après plusieurs relances) me confirme que je peux rester 1h de plus, puis change d'opinion 10 minutes après. Vous voyez bien qu'ils ne répondent à aucun commentaire même quand on leur réclame depuis 2 ans une lampe supplémentaire et un étendoir à serviettes. Bref, moi à leur place, si mon client avait subi autant de désagréments, j'aurais fait autre chose que "I'm so sorry". Malheureusement vous n'avez pas tellement d'options à Alma.
