My room still felt cold, we have no direct access to room temperature. Thanks for the blanket for keeping us warm while sleeping, but the room temp overall is still very cold

We were in a non-smoking room and yet it’s still smelled like smoke. The location is great right across the street from the railroad.

I was booked 2 room for 5nights.The room is nice and clean. When you turned on the shower the music will played…i came to counter to check in but they look blurr and asked “what“ i said i had booked 2 room and want to check in. But she asked to many question and force me to upgrade our room with view and add one more person for breakfast. Actually the room is include one person for breakfast but we arent plan to have it. So i told her its ok we wont upgrade but she’s stubborn and force me to take it and just pay extra some money. We are tired and exhausted for 36H journey from guangzhou to harbin and just wanna proceed quickly but the receptionist still ,im getting upset and i told i wont take the breakfast because we cannot eat your food because its not halal. Then she stopped and proceed our check in. In Room dont have coffee or Tea. The bed is comfy and room just good size. The receptionist is not friendly and bad attitude.Actually the cleaner is more friendly and kind than receptionist. The last day, we checked out we left our luggage but again she warning cant leave overnight, omg we left because our flight in night so we just go around to find food. They’re not helpful at all when i asked help to booked big car and the receptionist said i dont know. What a bad luck meeting a receptionist with this kind of attitude.
