Élégant Appartement près grand bazar "Souk elhad"

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. L’endroit est très calme et idéalement situé : à moins de 2 minutes à pied du grand souk Al Had et environ 12 minutes de la plage. L’appartement est très propre, bien organisé et parfaitement équipé. Monsieur Redouane est très accueillant et disponible. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la présence de l’IPTV ainsi qu’une connexion internet avec un débit très satisfaisant. Le parking sécurisé est également un vrai plus. La terrasse apporte une touche spéciale et agréable à l’appartement. Une très belle expérience, je recommande sans hésitation.

Der Gastgeber Redouane empfing uns sehr herzlich bei der Anreise, ab der Buchung war er über die booking-App, vor der Anreise über WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar. Die große Wohnung hat ein traditionell eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer ruhigen Straße, sodass wir bei geöffnetem Fenster gut schlafen konnten. Sehr schön für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Getränk am Abend war die ummauerte Terrasse. In der Küche ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, ein 4-Flammen-Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine Im Bad eine einfache Dusche mit Vorhang. Mit der Temperatureinstellung sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, acht Punkte von uns = sehr gut 😊

Für heißere Nächte gibt es nur Ventilatoren, keine Klimaanlage, bei dem günstigen Preis aber in Ordnung. Die Einzelbetten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Leider gab es nur ein großes Duschtuch pro Person, kein zusätzliches Handtuch, wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt, auch nicht nach einem Föhn. In der Küche kein Warmwasser, jedoch ist ein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Das Koch- und Essgeschirr sollte ergänzt und zum Teil ersetzt werden. Die Teppiche passen sicher zur Einrichtung, sind jedoch eher unhygienisch und für Allergiker problematisch, die Wohnung hat Terrazzo-Boden.

The main issue was the shower head, which caused water to splash all over the bathroom. The toilet, storage cabinets, doors, and even the bin got wet, and the water flooded the bathroom floor. You could feel the dampness everywhere, especially - sheets. I was also disappointed to find that there was no air conditioning. There was only one small heater for all the rooms, which wasn’t enough, as it was very cold at night. The location was far from the beach, but the souks were nearby. The Wi-Fi worked poorly and only in the living room.
