Le logement est très bien situé.
Les petites attentions (petits gel douche etc) sont un plus.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
La maison mériterait globalement quelques travaux de rafraîchissement.
Nous avons eu assez chaud la nuit alors que nous n’étions qu’en avril. Les chambres ne bénéficient ni de persiennes ni de volets. Dans l’une des chambres, il n’y a qu’un rideau beige, il fait donc très vite clair le matin.

We liked the character of the building and the location, being close to both the town centre and the beach.
There is a parking space at the back of the building, so no issues with parking.
The property is large and airy and well appointed.
The beds are comfortable!! The main bedroom is very large and spacious.
Spotlessly clean bedding and towels (all provided as part of the the rental).
The property is shabby chic, and could do with a little bit of tlc to the paintwork etc.
Although it is well positioned for access to the town etc. it was on quite a noisy corner and there was noise very late into the evening which did cause some disturbed nights.
There were some strange absences - eg cereal/soup bowls! We were told to use the outsized coffee cups.
There was also an absence of tall glasses for long drinks, eg for coca cola or beer.

Tolle Innenstadtlage. Altstadt von La Rochelle gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und passt sehr gut zu der historischen Villa. Die (virtuelle) Betreuung durch den Vermieter (in unserem Fall Florian) war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert.
Aus- und Einladen war aufgrund des fehlenden eigenen Parkplatzes nicht ganz so einfach.

la proximité de la mer et des commerces, l espace disponible, la terrasse, le confort de la literie
L'équipement de la cuisine mériterait d être complété (peu de vaisselle, seulement 2 torchons, pas de petites serviettes pour les mains)
La chambre qui donne sur le casino est très bruyante (bruits dûs à la route et aux clients du casino ouvert très tard...)
