Очень приятная арендодатель, 5 минут до пляжа, 8,6 км до Риеки (такси Bolt 12€). Тихо, комфортно, есть своя кухня и свой балкон, где разрешено курение. И балкон и окна в спальне выходят на море. Есть бесплатный чай и кофе, также гель для душа. Довольно чисто. Всегда есть горячая вода
Нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор. Смыв в туалете имеет слабый напор, но есть тазик, в который можно набрать воду и нормально смыть;) Слив душа, скорее всего, был засорен или неисправен, потому что вода набиралась и не уходила. Рядом нет продуктовых магазинов. Некоторая посуда была недомыта

Dobra pozicija, lijepi pogled, ljubazna vlasnica. Za cijenu koju sam platio, smještaj je dobar.
Kupaonica treba renovaciju, za početak barem nova tuš kabina, da ne viri staklo na mjestu gdje su bila nekad vrata. I novo svjetlo iznad ogledala, gdje se plastika otopila.
