Disponibilità, accoglienza, esaudito i desideri anche quelli non richiesti. Per esempio la seconda notte ci hanno dato una camera migliore.
Avevamo mezza pensione, soddisfatti.
Carina la cena a tema Romagnola in piscina con musica e divertimento.
Albergo un po' datato, stanno lavorando per migliorarlo.
Parcheggio difficile.

Colazione scarsa e personale in caffetteria che pur sforzandosi non riusciva a capire le esigenze del cliente. Doccia fredda (1 giorno su due).
