Great stay overall, very modern style apartment, bright and spacious. The pictures on booking perfectly reflect the nice and renewed status of the apartment.
It is inside a big building with reception and very friendly personel (not directly related to the apartment management but still willing to help in case and give useful infos).
Small details could be better treated in my opinion. Putting two bags for trash and generically mention to “dispose in recyclable and non as per building policies” hints you have only two separate bin trash, then last day you go downstairs and discover you have to reopen everything because it was split in more bins (turists are not expected to know the trash rules of municipality of Milan in advance :) ).
