    Positives: - clean and tidy new build - towels, shower gels, kettle, glass, fridge - decent soundproofing but. . (see further below) - few places to eat and żabka nearby - solid WiFi Negatives: - despite asking for a quiet room on a higher floor my room was sandwiched between two others on the 2nd floor. The neighbour in 218 was particularly noisy with stomping noises right up to part 1a.m. and from around 7a.m. which also included repeated door bangs. The weekdays were not too bad and the sound proofing helped a bit, but weekends got a lot more busy and I wouldn't want to stay during that period again. - as per other reviews it can get quite hot in the room especially when sleeping on the mattress provided. - there's no TV but i didn't mind. Overall, it's new, modern, clean, and tidy but let down by lack of consideration of some other guests.
