Sail shade over the pool was torn and disconnected, garage remote was playing up maybe weak batteries unfortunately we didn't have a small enough screwdriver to replace the batteries. Spa wasn't heating up it was constantly on 26 degrees Celsius, therefore we didn't get a chance to enjoy it, barbecue was dirty and decking surrounding it was greasy, most sliding doors and screens were hard to slide, flyscreen on laundry door was loose, coming apart, and bit of maintenance needed from time to time.
