El apartamento estaba muy limpio, moderno y totalmente equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación también fue excelente, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y de los principales puntos de interés de la zona. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y la comunicación muy buena. Nos sentimos como en casa y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

No encontramos nada importante que mencionar. Todo cumplió nuestras expectativas y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.

Hotel is well situated, at walking distance from the beach (Jukdo beach). On the ground floor there are facilities to wash off the sand when coming from the beach. The corner apartments facing the beach have a nice view on the bay. They have sufficient space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room big enough for a family of 4 or 5. The apartments are quite new, comfortable and clean. On the other hand, the simple rooms are quite small, and with 2 beds installed in room, there's hardly any place left to move or to do anything else but sleep and watch TV. The rooms we stayed in all had a small or larger terrace, allowing you to get some fresh outside air and to have a look at the bay/sea (if you're lucky to have a sea-facing room).

Breakfast is not included in the price. Simple rooms are very small and allow you basically nothing but to be in bed. The kitchen lacks utensils (even basic cutlery). No decent reception desk. Service is unfriendly and not accommodating. Most of the personnel hardly speaks nor understands English. Parking is difficult on busy moments. The way the rooms are presented on the Booking site is erratic - they show pictures of a big room with plenty space and upon arrival it's just a single room with 2 big beds. When requesting a cancellation of the reservation (since it clearly did not correspond to the room which was advertised), the hotel staff refused and referred back to the Booking.com site (where it was indicated that there was a no-refund policy). Catch22 situation. When requesting the hotel to confirm they agreed with the cancellation, they refused to do so.

Bella struttura in un’ottima posizione, con la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in soli 3 minuti. All’interno del complesso ci sono numerosi ristoranti e anche un minimarket Emart24, molto comodo per ogni necessità.

Purtroppo la piscina non era in funzione, ma questo era stato chiaramente segnalato i struttur. Ci sono però alcune regole che ho trovato un po’ eccessive o insolite. Ad esempio, viene indicata la possibilità di applicare una penale se, lasciando accidentalmente aperta la zanzariera, entrano delle zanzare. Anche il kit di cortesia monouso è a pagamento (3.000 won per ospite) e comprende spazzolino, dentifricio, pettine, cuffia per la doccia e altri articoli. Infine, la camera più piccola presenta alcuni aspetti poco pratici: il letto non ha né un comodino né un armadio nelle vicinanze e le prese elettriche sono troppo lontane. Di conseguenza, ho dovuto appoggiare a terra, su un asciugamano, tutti gli oggetti necessari durante la notte.
