The area was quiet. The house was exceptionally clean & beautifully presented. There is even a nice sofa, an actual sofa, not an uncomfortable fold up bed that are common in rentals (I have stayed in a few) this one is lush! A toilet for every bedroom which was handy for us, three daughters travelled with me who like to argue about time spent in the bathroom. A dishwasher was an amazing bonus & I loved the balcony! The house is very close to Rochester town & not a long walk from Chatham town. A perfect place
