House was clean and comfortable

The listing didn’t advise that the pool was not heated and this was my first family vacation with my grandkids. So that was disappointing couldn’t even use the pool

Great location, quite area but not far from places you can visit or the water

We had issues with the pool on day one . Filled with leaves suctioned to the bottom of the pool. We tried cleaning it with no luck to get them all off. Called 2x before someone came to look at it for us. Our paper said someone would come clean the pool two times while we were there. We arrived on a Friday and no one came until Wednesday the next week after calling. The property inside was clean grounds were not. Thursday someone came and cleaned the grounds and another pool guy came out and fixed the issue and cleaned pool. We were checking out the next day on Friday. Looked beautiful after everything was taken care of (yard and pool issue) I was just no happy because we specifically rented this home because of the pool for our kids. When I spoke with the company on check out I was told she would reach out to the homeowner and see if she can get some money back due to the pool issues. I never once heard back from her. The communication with the company was not what I’m use too by any means. 99% of the places we have rented from on vacation are much better with follow through .
