The unit is large and has a lovely balcony with a great view. There is laundry inside the unit. There are plenty of windows, making the unit very light and airy. It's comfortable and in a good location. The building is modern and has a doorman / security. There are some small shops nearby. Parking is included -- in a reserved space in the underground parking garage with security.

The agent / management was not always responsive. We were at the property for two weeks. They reached out each of the two weeks to offer us Shabbat supplies (a hard key, a kettle, etc.); but the supplies were never delivered either week. They DID get a plumber to us when a drain got clogged. But they would communicate sometimes via SMS texting and sometimes on WhatsApp and sometimes on Booking and sometimes on their own platform. It was difficult to know where they would answer. Some of our questions (for example: on which floors does the Shabbat elevator stop?) were never answered, although they said they would look into them.
