Location and privacy - the complex was like a community and you felt safe and secure.

A little dark inside.

The property is Kooky and different, didn't see anything else like it when I was shopping around for places to stay. This property is also a lot bigger than most that were on the market yet very reasonably priced. The Kitchen and Laundry facilities are very useful, especially if you are stopping there for a while. There is also plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings and the free use of a parking spot is important if you own or rent a car. A quick walk to the end of Miles Street will put you on the number 1 tram which can either take you straight into the CBD in one direction or take you to the beach in the other direction. The number 58 is also a short walk further up the street, again giving more options. I thought we would be spending a lot on Ubers as this property is away from the main CBD and south of the river but the tram system is very easy to learn and we were fortunate that the trams were free for the whole month of April during our stay

Our only problem with the property is we found it very dark at times, mainly when the sun is not in view of the property. In the evening this is fine when you are relaxing in front of the TV but when you are trying to get ready in the morning, especially in the blue bedroom, it can be quite difficult.

The location was excellent and the unit very comfortable.

1 Bed -terrible 2 Position of lick box - very difficult 3. Poor/ inaccurate instructions (a) location of parking bay ( there were multiple number 6s) (b) where to find room . 4. Afer hours contact did not answer 5. Steep steps from carpark - not suitable for my heavy luggage.
