The property is very conveniently located to the old town and the sea. Great view from the balcony. The very comfortable and the host was great. Very responsive. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Unmatched generosity of this host, with a full basket of packaged & muffins, toasts & crostata, Nutella & jams, many delicious coffee capsules and teas. And in the fridge 4 water, 2 juice, 2 milk & lactose free. Beyond expectations. It was amazing. Spotlessly clean everywhere and Shower was perfect size & pressure even for tall guys. Easy 2 short flights up & fantastic wraparound balcony with street & sea view. It has the electric blackout blinds (tapparelle) which are fantastic for sleeping late. Comfy sofa & large Tv with streaming. 3mins easy downhill stroll from train & perfectly located to the old town & all the Via Nazionale nightlife. Had a list of local recommendations including restaurant 100m down same street for dinner, “Don Giovanni” that cooked steak to personal preference. Delicious. Mario is so friendly & gave me a code to enter since he couldn’t meet me, but said he usually personally meets guests to ensure they get settled ok. Texted to check all was well and Came to say goodbye! I travel extensively & this place is definitely a top choice.
I like to have a microwave, but they have a toaster which is rare & an oven, electric kettle & deLonghi coffee machine so kitchen is very well supplied.

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist. Ein unfassbar netter Vermieter, der immer sofort reagiert hat und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
