Clean room with white marble floors and a full kitchen with utensils. Running hot water as well. Fast internet with a good sea view. Swimming pool is great on deck including Sauna. There are 2 7-11s in walking distance including a fresh market.Multiple options to eat near by, laundry place and massage places.customer service is through a travel agency and they communicate via WhatsApp. Responsive and attentive customer service
Sewage smell in restroom throughout the stay - this is a design issue in the building. Note this is a travel agency and they have multiple rooms so it’s your luck on what room and floor you get. I changed rooms since the initial room had water dripping from air conditioning. Second room had electrical issues and had limited power for 1 day. Electricians came in and fixed issue but this all took time.price is more that comparable places in the area in Jomtien.

Communicating with the host was easy, place was clean, easy to check in
No hand soap, no dishwashing sponge, no shampoo or body wash, no arrival water.
Condo was loud even though it was on a high floor. Traffic from the main road, dogs barking at random hours and music/people from the bars close by. Did not have any quality sleep.
