Unit location was great, ski locker helpful. Double beds could be upgraded to Queens which would be MUCH more comfortable.
Our keys were given to friends who were staying with us but NOT on the reservation. Meaning they were allowed into the unit without us there. This should not be allowed. We did not know our friends were doing this, and while it was fine because we trust them, it is clear the staff will give away keys to anyone who asks, even if they’re not on the reservation.
The unit above us was so noisy, particularly at odd hours. Parties until 2am, vacuuming at 10pm (what???). Official quiet hours in effect would be helpful so there is some course of action to take when being deprived of sleep.
