Très agréable appartement dans une ville très agréable.

Le quartier est vraiment calme et sûr. Le transport en commun gratuit à Dunkerque permet une mobilité exceptionnelle ce qui rend l'appartement a proximité de tout aussi bien des commerces que des lieu à visiter.

Certains détails doivent être améliorés pour une note maximum comme des coups de pinceau à certains endroits ou encore un peu plus de propreté dans les coins et recoins. Le chauffe-eau est un peu juste pour 6 personnes, à moins de faire la vaisselle à l'eau froide, le dernier se douche à l'eau froide.

Super Wohnung aber ausbaufähig

Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima, direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung an sich ist auch an sich prima, hier fehlt allerdings ein bisschen Liebe. Die Gastgeber haben immer schnell geantwortet.

Die Wohnungsausstattung könnte hochwertiger sein, klappstühle finde ich nicht gerade schön die Kochplatte ist alt und man muss erstmal herausfinden welcher schalter für welche platte ist und in welche richung stark und schwach ist und die Schränke in den Schlafzimmer sind teilweise kaputt genauso wie der Boden. Es war nicht richtig sauber, eher eine katzenwäsche als richtig sauber. Die Dusche könnte mal wieder mit richtigen Putzmittel und in allen Ecken sauber gemacht werden, genauso unter dem Teppich wo sich Sand gesammelt hatte. Ausserdem könnte man mal durch die Küchenausstattung gehn und einiges austauschen und entsorgen. So auch bei den Putzgegenständen der staubsauger ist nicht gerade schön anzusehen (sehr dreckig) und ein Wischer kann ich nicht gerade sagen das der richtig vorhanden war, hier war nur ein halb angebrochen Wischer vorhanden. Würde hier mal wieder was gemacht werden, also ein bisschen Liebe reinstecken wäre es deutlich schöner, da die Wohnung das Potential hat sehr toll zu sein.

Appartement spacieux et calme, très bien situé à deux pas de la plage de Malo les Bains. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles bien que nous soyons arrivés tard de la gare. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Appartement malgré quelques points qui reste attractif de part sa situation et son calme

La situation géographique et le silence . L'appart est au 3eme sans ascenseur certes mais on y est bien si on recherche la tranquillité. Proche de la mer et des commerces . La pièce salon cuisine est sympa

Un peu déçue des fenêtres de chambre entre la poignée dans l'une qui ne devrait pas tarder a poser problème pour l'ouverture..et la fenêtre de la seconde qui laisse passer un doigt en bas ,laissant passer le bruit du vent la nuit et le volet cassé ( déjà noté il y a 1 mois ,le 25 avril par une autre personne ) . J'en ai informé le proprio qui m'a répondu d'allumer la lumière si cela me dérangeait et de lever un peu la fenêtre pour la fermer..ça ne marche pas.! J'ai donc dormi avec la fenêtre pas fermée.. La lumiere hotte ne marche idem un spot sur 3 dans la cuisine , la fenêtre cuisine en position oscillant battant tient que par une charnière... peu rassurant ..

Le volet cassé dans la chambre. Les plaques de cuisson qui ne sont pas de l'induction. Le débit d'eau de la douche et l'odeur des tuyaux dans les toilettes.
