Clean condo, really nice facilities at the hotel. Location is really nice if you like a nice quiet are away from the noise of patong. The bed is nice and comfortable.
Some maintenance issues, some lights in the condo don't work. TV is really old and you can't cast to it. Jets in the private pool don't really work properly, the timbers are not fixed properly, and you can trip on them. Electricity was charged separately, which was a bit odd. There is no room service, so if you're staying for more then a couple of days you will run out of towels, there is no way to sweep/clean the floors.
