Kann mich nur, den besten Bewertungen anschließen, freundlicher sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, sehr edle schöne Wohnung. Sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung. Alles in der Nähe, Supermarkt..ausgezeichnetes Fischrestaurant, haben vorzüglich gegessen! Zum Strand 8min.auch kein Problem! Sämtliche Lokale, in der Nähe.

Très beau et grand studio au 1er étage d’un immeuble récent au calme et à 400m de la plage et du centre de Malinska, décoré avec goût et très moderne. Place de parking extérieure privée. Tout équipé (aussi lave-linge), volets électriques, clim réversible, machine Nespresso, plaque à induction…salle d’eau design avec belle douche très agréable. Proprietaire très réactif et précis dans ses explications.
Chauffage par climatisation et pas de chauffage dans la salle d’eau. Le studio an mis un jour à se réchauffer. Balcon plein Nord donc sans soleil. Pas de bouilloire mais plaque à induction très rapide pour chauffer l’eau.

Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Man ist in 5min (300m) am Meer, auf der Promenade. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat uns Bruno alles erklärt und uns Tipps für Restaurants in Malinska und Krk gegeben. 2 davon haben wir abends ausprobiert . Bruno, besten Dank für die Tipps, wir haben ausgezeichnet gegessen.
Uns wären getrennte Decken lieber gewesen. Ist so auch gegangen.
