Very nice bedrooms and large bathroom, just across from the tram station which was really convenient, beds were comfy and place was clean and homely
WiFi didn’t seem to work, and radiator in master bedroom also seemed to be broken so was a little bit cold, also a slightly damp smell in the bathroom

Great location and easy to access. A bit torn apart. No help from the staff to figure out how to fix it other than asking the obvious questions about if i turned it on, then leaving me on read multiple times.
No heating in the bedrooms, which made the first night very unpleasant. It was freezing cold when we arrived and the heating wasn’t working.
