O anfitrião foi receptivo e atencioso. Preço competitivo.
A localização não é boa, nada recomendável pra quem está a pé ou deseja se deslocar a pé. Não havia lençol para se cobrir. As cortinas não fechavam bem as janelas, permitindo não apenas a passagem de bastante luz, como também que outros moradores pudessem olhar dentro dos quartos, já que é um apartamento no andar térreo. Havia alguns sinais de sujeira.
